I am an ambitious, charismatic and hard-working professional with 14 years of experience in the Hospitality and Business development industries, including 10 years as proprietor and senior operations manager, building and growing a group of Hospitality companies of over 300 employees. I have a proven track record of conceptualising, opening, managing and marketing hotels, restaurants and distribution companies in Stellenbosch, Windhoek and Johannesburg. I was involved in every facet of these businesses from the conceptualisation through to daily operations, marketing, and planning. My responsibilities included but were not limited to: day-to-day operations, logistics operations and distribution, staff and staff training, marketing, sales and stock management, customer relations, sommelier duties, reporting, and, financial management and forecasting. I believe that the heart and soul of any hospitality orientated business, is its people and the stories that they share. Concurrently, a successful business requires, a great product accompanied by exemplary service and a friendly “face” to the business.
