My name is Moses Myburgh. I have been in the sales and marketing industry now for over 10 years now. The reason I love this industry is the fact it is one of the only careers where your hard work self-motivation and persistence really pays off, so all in all what you put in is what you get out. One of the things that appeals to me about this job is the customer interaction aspect. I truly enjoy helping people resolve their problems, which in my experience has led to breakthroughs in how I can improve their experience with the product. I am very customer satisfaction orientated and self-motivated. I have been in different types of sales environments in my career, I come from selling broad band packages to the UK market to dealing with company owners and CEO's where I was selling investment packages. This was land investment in Ghana and the minimum investment amount was R110,000.00 so I had to deal mostly with C level clients. This was done over the phone and at times face to face. I have recently been working as sales, marketing and admin manager at an adult learning center. My duties here involved marketing the center to students who didn’t get to finish their matric. I would do the whole process from selling the idea of them finish their matric and the benefits that come with it to the enrollment process where I would gather all the necessary documents from them and also invoicing them once they have come on board. I adapt very quickly to any environment and I enjoy the challenge of taking on new tasks as I see these as growth opportunities, I believe that the qualities that I developed and gained over time in my previous positions will make me an asset to the team. My goals are to work for a company where I can enhance my skills and continue my involvement in the related professional association. My goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities and continue to contribute as much value as I can.
