I go by the name ; Motlalepula Annie Molaolwa , a 27 year old woman that comes from a small town in North-West – called Potchefstroom. I graduated with a 3-year degree in BA. Psychology and Tourism Management at the North-West University (Pukke Campus). In 2016 I was awarded the Golden Key Membership as I was a top performing graduate within my field of study. While I was studying at the NWU, I worked part at Solo Shoes from the year 2013-2015 mostly during weekends and school holidays. I started working at Novia One Group (Training Provider) from June 2016 to October 2021, where I had the opportunity to work as a Receptionist, Sales Administrator, Course Administrator and Project Manager over the years. The different roles mentioned shows that I have vast experience in many aspects of Administration. While working at Novia one Group I was responsible for the below , just to name a few; ➢ Monitoring Projects ➢ Attending to calls on a daily basis. ➢ Creating the Academic Schedule & Assessor Schedule ➢ Manage the facilitators ➢ Creating reports and writing documents that support business needs, e.g. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports for clients as well as BankSeta Close Out and Progress Reports. ➢ Handling correspondence, reporting and documents with efficiency and accuracy. ➢ Building relationships with clients. ➢ Hold monthly meetings with clients ➢ Compile SOP’s ➢ Maintaining Learner registration, which includes ensuring learners , clients and training provider complete the required Learnership Agreement, ensuring learners provide us with the correct supporting documents to enroll them onto a course, capture learner data, ensure the LMS is updated ➢ Set up venues, catering for face to face sessions and set up online sessions on Zoom or MS Teams ➢ Ensure learners attend classes and log their apologies ➢ Ensure learners submit their PoE’s and log books – follow up if that has not been done ➢ Assess POE’s ➢ Update learner results ➢ Ensure learners receive their certificates once the course is complete I was also responsible for supervising and training 9 interns. I believe that equipped with my proven managerial skills. I excel at meeting deadlines, always exceeding expectations and working with a variety of people. Maintaining a high level of professionalism has always been a top priority for me. I enjoy working in an office environment and enjoy the challenges of meeting business goals. I am computer literate and have good time management skills and I am always willing to learn. I believe the combination of my education and prior work experience gives me an excellent chance to succeed at your company. I hold a code 10 license and have my own transport which will make it efficient for me to get around.
