I was raised in the eastern suburbs of Pretoria, Gauteng with a strong sense of family. My mother was a Private school principal and my father a business economist. During my school career I competed on the athletics team and also played rugby and tennis. After completing High School at Waterkloof High School I enrolled at the University of Pretoria. In 2008 I completed my B.Comm Financial Management Sciences degree and thereafter in 2011 I completed my Honours degree In Financial Management Sciences. In 2010 I entered the work force at Van Wyk Auditors situated in Waterkloof Pretoria were I completed my SAIPA articles in 2013. In 2014 I started my own business namely Corporate Executive Consulting (Pty) Ltd where I rendered third party financial consulting services to corporate organizations. In December 2016 I got married to my wife, who is a practicing attorney and during the course of 2018 my wife and I relocated to George in the Western Cape.
