I have more than 10 years’ senior management experience, the last two of which were spent as CEO of the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA). The INSETA is a 3A entity of the PFMA mandated by the Skills Development Act to facilitate the production of adequate and appropriate skills for the insurance sector. Over the span of my career, I have gained extensive practical, operational and executive level experience in education and training. I hold an Honours degree in Psychology from UCT and an M.Ed from Wits. I am a registered QCTO qualifications development facilitator
