My qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, specializing in Genetics & Development and Physiology and Bachelor of Science in Medicine (Honours) from the University of Cape Town. For the last 8 years, I have successfully fulfilled a number of roles where I have accrued many valuable skills and developed a mature and responsible approach to any task/project that I undertake. My most recent role was that of Project Manager at BARC where I was involved in the set up and management of multiple local and global clinical trials. This was a predominantly administrative role , but also involved client liaison, trial billing and training. I previously also held the position of Medical Scientist, Research Assistant and Senior Secretary / Admin Assistant. In addition, I received training in Microsoft Excel and I have a vast amount of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. I am a dedicated and ambitious person with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. I work well in a team but I am also capable of working independently and taking initiative. Although I am a trained Medical Scientist, it is my ambition to branch out and improve my knowledge base. I am highly adaptable, hard – working and a fast learner.
