I have more than 6 years’ working experience in the agricultural sector and I have worked in various locations. I have considerable management experience with exposure to senior management positions. My key strengths include: • Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, and a basic understanding of Xhosa. • Good communication and leadership skills. • Effective workforce supervision, general farm maintenance and general oversight. • Inspection and grading of various fruit as well as the capturing of data. • Planning of irrigation on orchards and general maintenance on pipes, etc. I am a hardworking and practical individual who values cooperation and excellence.
