My name is Ndileka Maso, Iam living at Mfuleni.Last year I was working as Assistant quality controller in Laastedrif farm.This year I have obtained my N-D in farming management in Boland college.I also worked as a supervisor at Ikamva Tunnel farms.While I was working in Laastedrif farm I had obtained many skills such as problem solving, when wokers need for example a scale they contact.I was working with the packhouse supervisor doing initial to the new employees, writing reports to the quality control manager and the packhouse manager, line inspection, doing record keeping.
