Working as an IT System Administrator for an MSP, my duties include:-Ensuring that all clients sites are receiving continuous patches and upgrades-Ensuring that all Documentation and Change Management standards are adhered to-Daily backup configuration and maintenance-Optimize Cloud and infrastructure services-Email, Server and endpoint security management. Some of the technologies that I work with on a daily basis include: VMWare, Veeam, Windows Server and some of Linux OS Administration, SQL Administration and support, FortiGate, F-Secure, ESET, Mimecast, MS Exchange Online Advanced Threat Protection, MS Exchange 2010 and online, Azure and MS 365 suite, AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Server and networking hardware (Dell EMC, Huawei, Ubiquiti).
