I'm an HR Executive, been in HR for abt 17 yea and I'm currently the HR Exec at a SA based Engineering company. I've been here for over 2 yrs. Previously I've spent about 9 yrs at a global organization, where I was promoted to heading up HR for the SSa region. I've formulated and implemented HR Strategies right to being very hands on in the day to day operations. I've led various key HR programs successfully and have an acute understanding of working in a matrixed environment. I also completed my BA: Applied Psychology majoring in Indistrial and Organizational Psychology.
