As a professional in my field I have successfully achieved the following. 1. Conducted and overseen the training of more than 800 security personnel in all aspects of the required security functions, from basics to advanced. 2. Managed a departmental budget for six years where significant cost control measure where introduced to meet budget requirements. 3. Started, owned and managed three security companies, a security training centre, guard unit with 109 personnel and security electronics company for over seven years. 4. Managed and coordinated 10 Projects ranging from complete surveillance systems, control rooms, access control, intruder detection and communication networks for Anglo American Mines and a further 6 Projects for African Barrick Gold Mine. 5. Managed and controlled the process plant for African Barrick Gold Mine where compliance with Gold Security Standard was increased from 76% to 97% 6. Advised and coordinated the restructuring of a guard company with sound results.
