I'm currently the Managing Executive for Cell C, responsible for the Western Cape and Northern Cape (R3bn+ revenue per annum). I've always been responsible for relatively big teams and operations across disciplines within organisations, and P&L accountability. During my career, I have performed several Executive level functions from sales, marketing, technical, project management, business development management, strategic management, operations management, commercial management, financial management, human resources management, general management, contracts and Service Level Management, Price and Contract negotiations for SLAs and services contracts, Budgets and management of budgets, to name a few. I am continuously involved in strategic and business planning. I would characterize myself as: A responsible, professional, mature, dedicated, tactful, committed and goals driven individual. A person who adapts very well to different situations (change), mixes well with people and having the ability to communicate well at all levels (professionally and personally). A person who is very energetic, enthusiastic, a leader, and to a certain degree a perfectionist who is self-assured and emotionally resilient. I strive to do things correctly the first time round. I am analytical, a logical thinker and a good listener.
