I am a Registered Nurse working full time at Tara h moross hospital since 2018.I consider my self as hard working,reliable,helpful,organized,honest,cooperative and self motivated person with positive attitude towards my career and life.working in the hospital setting helped me to build confidence and learn more about the importance of patients care.I am punctual and can be counted upon to finish what I have started.i fully understand patients needs and I really enjoy making contacts and spending time talking to people. I have always been a great team player and can successfully complete My work within deadlines,I’m good at keeping the team together and producing quality work in in a team environment.I am adaptable and optimistic person.I can work under pressure by keeping myself calm and focus on multi tasking while being patient.I was nominated for the best new Professional Nurse award in my hospital and I took 1st place. I have a right combination of skills and experience in my job and I have track record of carrying out different tasks efficiently and successfully.Im patient and treat all people equally with respect and dignity.I have learnt a lot from my current role and I’m looking to a better opportunity to enhance my skills,knowledge for my personal and financial growth. I sincerely believe that I will be a very good manager one day,I believe that my abilities will allow me to excel to the point that I can seek other opportunities and possibly even go higher.In three years time I see myself as a valued employee and I want to be expert in my position .My goal is to become a lead in Five years and I believe I can achieve this goal through hard work.
