am a strong-willed individual who is capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines without any compromise. My many years of service in the Facility and Maintenance sector has equipped me with various strengths and skills such as problem solving on a daily basis, planning and coordination, health and safety rules and regulations in the workplace, HR related issues and managing personnel. I have managed a staff compliment of approximately 50 people and well capable of dealing with staff from various walks of life.  I am very dedicated and encourage challenges.
