I am the found and director of NNA Inc. specialising and advising clients in corporate and commercial legal matters, M&A transactions and equity capital markets. I have acted for local and international, listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries, including the finance, real estate, petroleum, healthcare and retail industries. My experience includes (de-)listings, JSE related work, general corporate and commercial law, corporate finance and due diligance investigations as well as drafting prospectuses and pre-listings statements and advising on various aspects of the South African Companies Act, 2008, the Takeover Regulations Panel and the JSE Listings Requirements.
