In addition, I hold a Diploma in Media Practices from Boston Media House. I am currently enrolled in the Structured Coursework for Conveyancing with Gouwie Le Roux institute of Law. I have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. I have four months experience as a Candidate Attorney, and I have appeared in Court on numerous criminal and civil proceedings. As a Candidate Attorney, I participated in client meetings, drafting of pleadings and attended Court. I also negotiated settlements on behalf of clients and skillfully navigated discussions to reach amicable resolutions. I have also appeared in the Children’s Court and Maintenance Court and have familiarized myself with the court procedure. This role has provided me with a well-rounded skill set in client service, negotiation, and problem-solving. My technical competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiation, and taking instruction, which I believe are crucial for a Candidate Attorney.
