I hereby apply for the above mentioned position as advertised online. I am currently working as a Training Coordinator at a mine. I am in possession of a BCom degree majoring in Industrial psychology and Business management and Bcom Honours in HR. I have a total of 10 years working experience with 4.5 years being in the training department. I have the ability to communicate at all levels both internally within the company and externally. In addition I am a hard worker, conscientious about my work, capable, motivated and ambitious. Having excellent interpersonal skills gives me the ability to exercise sound judgment in being tolerable, dedicated to any task on hand and a keen mind to learn and improve. I know if given the opportunity, I have the ability and experience to fulfill and improve; together with leadership qualities and objectives, encouragement from fellow colleagues in attaining success as well as reaching their goals and in so doing meeting the internal and external needs and demands.
