Phetolo Mogale is a South African 18 year old lady from Pretoria. My people skills allows me to connect with everyone I come into contact with. I’m confident, creative, well spoken, a good listener, generous , social and flexible in one word I’d describe myself as an extrovert. My weaknesses are as follows: 1.Overworking,I used to overwork myself to an extent that I’d forget to have my lunch break at work or become too busy forgetting about my social and personal life so to correct that I created a strict time schedule in order to balance my work, personal and social life . 2.public speaking, I find public speaking intimidating and have often struggled with presentations in high school so as a result, I’ve decided to get teachers to help me improve to become more confident and learn to structure a speech more effectively. 3. negative criticism, I’ve learned that when it comes to projects/assessments I’m a perfectionist and add extra details to my work for creativity, I tend to overwork myself whenever I get a negative comment about my work. With advice/guidance I’ve decided to do the best that I can so that I don’t strain my health due to sleepless night or become harsh on myself by overdoing my work.
