As operations director, I have had a hand in virtually every area of the businesses I have worked in. I believe this role has the power to make a business – and the people working there – much happier. I have managed the initiation and implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with the company guidelines. I have ensured financial targets, reviewed the working practices and processes and amended them when necessary, kept employees motivated and dealt with training, worked with legal and finance and most importantly driven the businesses to increase profits. I am a natural leader, am detail-orientated, have excellent management skills and thrive on problem-solving. I believe I inspire energy and creativity in those around me and my multi-tasking ability and ability to retain of key information across various departments and areas in a business will make me a huge asset to any team.
