My experience is centered on overseeing all activities of the store such as administration,banking,protecting company assets,managing human and capital resources,budgeting,time and conflict management,decision making,interpersonal skills,computer literacy,delegating and monitoring,achieving set-targets and maximizing profit,training and development of staff.Furthermore ensuring that all KPI are met at all times and trained as an initiator(prosecutor) up to CCMA.
