To whom it may concern I am an easily trained individual, who works well with other people. I am able to follow instructions very well, hence able to finish tasks at hand. I am eager to learn from other people and willing to lend a helping hand as well. I always believe there is a plenty room for improvement and it is one's duty to learn from their mistakes. I am able to navigate through Microsoft office, CRM, CBS and IRTMS just to name a few. I am able to conduct thorough troubleshooting in order to determine the core of a problem so that I produce a soluble solution. I pay great attention to detail.
