I am a professional nurse of 37 years with 21 years of management level experience. I have headed the Maternity Ward and Neonatal ICU, respectively, and I have gained immense experience in supporting, guiding and motivating staff members. I have a continuing commitment to provide exceptional health care service to a multicultural populace, in compliance with the National Care Standards. My greatest strengths are my ability to develop and maintain excellent working relations with staff, as well as a comprehensive understanding of all areas of nursing care and health care delivery .I have a well-balanced nursing experience in the health industry.
