My CV is extensive as are recommendations. My best skills are analyzing and fixing problems and programming in Progress. I have my own Medical aid system as well as various other systems. I have been IT manager as well as Project Manager at various places and always happen to inherit a bit of a mess where soft skills and the IT system have to be fixed quickly, this in the role of IT Manager, Team Leaders or PM. I have written many websites and portals, have managed DevOps (and introduced it and Agile) to teams of probably over 100. Some from India. Probably my best achievement is the switching out of claims from pharmacies to Medical aids. which is still running 15 years later. It was written in 1 week, and implemented in 3 months, a record in South Africa. I love to work. and my only non negotiable is where there are ethical problems. My strongest personal features, are humility, team work and CAN-DO!
