The love to learn new things is not only about gaining knowledge and experience but also about making a difference in a form of growth. I am an independent thinker who can work better under pressure. Over the years of my academic career I have obtained Bcom degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations (2017) and Bcom honours degree in Human Resource Management (2018). I completed internship program (13 May ‪2019 -31‬ October 2020) at Autovest / Feltex automotive a division of KAP, where I gained experience within HR department as HR/Training and Development Intern reporting directly to HR Generalist and Training Specialist. My role was to assist with the administration of Recruitment, Payroll, IR, monthly Training reports, monthly Payroll reports, monthly HR reports, Retrenchment, Skills Matrix, Training bookings and day to day HR/Payroll/Training duties as well as manual and system filling. I was also Helping SHE department with administration, induction, updating SHE structure and Covid-19 training schedule/plan. I was in a two months Contract (01 February 2021 - March 2021) as HR administration Clerk at Famous brands.I was doing filling on Sage system and qualifications internal audit. With my innovative skill,HR and Training Development exposure, communication skill, time management skill , leadership skills I see myself as an asset to any dynamic organisation. I am willing to go an extra mile in meeting company needs. I am open to any HR administration role or graduate role.
