I am very ambitious and passionate about my work, it is very important for me, that I improve my skills and knowledge of new evolving, innovative formats of developing ways for better improvement. I have previously worked as a IT client service in a IT company, where I was responsible for remote access control, network configuration, windows installation, computer problems, hardware, software and email (outlook 365) configuration using Any-desk and TeamViewer to solve clients problems remotely. and making sure that there were no problems occurring, if there were any issues, it was my responsibility to note it down to prevent it from happening again My capabilities as an IT graduate helps me understand my position on knowing that, technology is growing every day and fast changing and that is the reason why I have to keep studying to push and improve my capabilities
