I am an honest, hardworking individual with a passion to please. I take pride in my work and aim to achieve every task to the highest degree. Meticulousness and attention to detail are strong traits in my character and reflect strongly in my work. My secondary education at St Alban's College has given me strong values and integrity to take me forward in life. I graduated with an IMM marketing diploma in 2013 and I most enjoy strategic marketing although, I am open to any segment of the marketing field. While studying I got experience in various part-time jobs and job shadowing at KPMG and ABSA. In 2014 I managed a Johannesburg branch for a software company for Bloodhound Projects getting experience in all aspects of business management. They mainly dealt with occupational health and safety. I provided client support, training, and sales. In August 2016 I decided on a new career path, looking for a new challenge by becoming banqueting coordinator at the Rand Club for Masiwela, 6 months later I got promoted to Operations Manager and looked forward to an exciting career. I take any opportunity that is given to me and relish it. In 2018 I was given the task to help with the marketing of Rand Club using platforms such as Mailchimp for newsletters and social media. In 2019 French Corner caterers at the Rand Club asked me to manage the restaurant, over and above my duties with Masiwela. I have broad experience in all aspects of events, marketing, and business running. I am looking at broadening my experience in the hospitality, marketing, and business field in the future and ambitious to increase my knowledge.
