I am adept at performing a variety of clerical duties such as record keeping, accuracy, appointments scheduling ,time reporting quoting and financing. I have a demonstrated ability to gather and arrange data for a number of reports, mail and documentation as well as good excel skills. In addition, I am able to update and uphold records by using computers and manual systems and enter and maintain data and records, into computer systems. During my work with JD Group Trading, CCD Couriers and 3 Way Marketing, I developed proficiency in managing Daily office tasks along with performing other tasks including ensuring that all daily reports are run, distributing incoming mail, monitoring working urgency ,coordinating with the supervisors and managers to ensure the satisfaction of all clients and professionalism. I am also a good listeners, critical thinker, and have ethical judgment. I’ve learnt the ability to evaluate the skills of applicant workforce in order to select the right person for a specific job and also have strong negotiation skills to assist in helping to mediate conflicting issues in the work place. Good social perceptiveness, or the ability to be aware of others' actions and reactions has also help me grow in my previous position, and have an understanding as to why people react as they do, helps anticipate ways in which change or conflict may be perceived.. I have had the opportunity to devise strategies to work in very short periods of time and work well under pressure.
