I have been on the fence for the past two years, about changing career paths, but have decided to take a leap of faith. I have a keen interest in linguistics and communication, alongside psychology and would like to further my studies part-time in the afore mentioned fields, in future. My background in education, alongside my qualifications and modules completed within these qualifications has allowed me to develop an interesting skillset and the ability to navigate interactions where social norms, cultural and religious diversity and sensitivity, adaption to change, innovation, problem solving, and conflict resolution have been of high importance. My experience with management of people, alongside dealing with queries and concerns, has been largely focused on the principle that individual needs, backgrounds and perspectives need to be incorporated in all decision-making processes, when dealing with people, to ensure sensitivity to all individuals concerned in any institutional process, albeit focused mainly on high school learners and their parents, for the past three years. My strong linguistic capabilities will also allow me to offer much to any written and spoken situations, and I am willing to aid with identifying problematics in relation to potential different interpretations that could arise from any written materials that relate to my responsibilities at any company that seeks to employ me. The excitement of new possibility and horizons could easily lead me to write a full essay about why I feel so strongly that I wish to be taken into consideration for a position at this establishment, but I will refrain from elaborating further.
