I have 20 years experiences in the restuarant industry and I joined the Gambling industry in 2013. I have a clear understanding of the day to day running of the floor, kitchen and back office. Staff stock and equipment is an important part of every business and I believe that each on should be managed accordingly to achieve success on the business. Ultimately we need to achieve a positive bottom line therefore all cost should be well maintianed. I always give my best in my work and willing to go beyond the call of duty.
