I have conferred a degree from the University of The Western Cape (UWC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial psychology, language and communication, and political studies. I am currently doing my honors in Industrial psychology at (UWC). I am a person that loves the Lord with all my heart, I love to smile and I'm very passionate about dancing and teaching it. dancing is a gift I was born with, then I attended things that helped to nature it more and I love dancing and people so much. My passion for people and being challenged is evident from the fact that since 2016 I have participated in the leadership programmes offered at The University of the Western Cape which are: Green Campus initiative ambassador, house committee member and Reslife café ambassador concurrent with my academic studies, as well as the sales assistant job I am currently doing. These experiences have enabled me to gain a realistic view of the demands and challenges of the workspace. I have been a dancer leader for church and also in the reslife cafe I was the dance leader as well. As a student leader, I was responsible for representing students. That required excellent communication skills both verbal and writing, complex problem-solving skills, critical thinking, active listening, and adaptability. All my majors entailed report writing, doing research proposals, and specifically, in industrial psychology, we deal with designing and facilitation of workshops and training, conflict management, and report writing, also as a student leader we attended workshops where we were being equipped with skills on report writing, project managing,communicating with people and facilitating programmes.
