I’m currently a Director of my own company and a self-motivated, efficient and a B.Tech Human Resources Management professional with nine years practical experience in the field of Human Resources Administration in Free State Department of Agriculture where I took voluntary resignation on 13 September 2010 to pursue business interests. I believe my strength, skills, Labour Relations training and CCMA workshop for union coupled with my educational qualifications which include Labour Relations as one of my major subjects make me a perfect fit for this position. I also possess computer training courses accompanied by one year End user Computing as a tertiary education subject which makes me to possess strong computer skills enough to perform my tasks with ease. A fast leaner to new challenges and can easily acclimatize myself to new working environment and can also be instrumental in drafting of policies.
