When I was growing up, I used to be fascinated by cell phones, laptops, and any other electronic device that I could get my hands on from a young age. There was always something about computers and programming which is why I decided to enrol for Computer Science and Informatics degree. I am achievement orientated individual and I love to solve problems. After learning programming languages such as VB.Net, C++, Java, C#, and Python over the course of my studies, I was able to create amazing programs and systems. And in 2021, I developed an e-commerce website and this year in a team I was able to create a web and mobile application for the largest construction engineering company in South Africa. I truly believe that Technology has the ability to change people’s lives through programs that can assist them with even the simplest day-to-day tasks. As a software engineer, I believe that technology represents unlimited possibilities, especially in the data science industry. I find working in technology to be a rewarding career that allows me to learn new skills every day and use them to create unique programs. Ultimately, I plan to become a senior software engineer, and this position can help me develop the skills for that position. I want to be part of this program because I am passionate about Information Technology, and I would love to pursue a career within the software engineering industry. I believe my academic background and industry experience have provided me with the credentials needed to thrive as a software engineer. I can assure you that I am bright, passionate, extremely hard-working and above all eager to learn.
