I am a HR Professional registered with the SABPP who has a unique ability and extensive experience in developing talent and to implement HR people and organization plans to drive efficiency. I am well experienced in partnering with Senior Management as I hold more than 13 years’ worth of experience in stakeholder management and implementing HR plans. I have previously worked in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, Media and IT industries. Team collaboration has always been my strength, however working individually with minimum supervision in achieving set goals is one of my strength. I possess majority of the Human Resources management operating model competencies.
