I have a total of 36 years IT experience in the financial sector of which 27 years are in Project and Program Management Space. For the last 20 years I have specialised in managing large scale complex solutions including the hardware, data, system migration and integration as well as user migration. I have been working in a mixed technology in/outsourced vendors to deliver large-scale technology solutions in complex multi-layered environments. I have the proven ability to work with all of the Business and Technical stakeholders, ranging from Executive Committee, Divisional Directors, Programme Steering Committee to Operations staff. My main focus is to deliver the business requirement through the agreed programme/project lifecycle ensuring ALL staff that work with me remain aligned to the end deliverables as defined in the Business Case, budget and implementation strategy. In order to achieve this I ensure, and where necessary compile and attain agreement and sign off of, all artefacts (Business Case and Scope through to Closure Report). I specialise in applying the requisite methodology which may vary between work streams, deliverables, release and rollout.
