We removed a lot of noise and added three key functionalities, included automated matchmaking. I believe this project will grow even more significantly. I founded my own company, Prequel Consulting, the focus of which is technology transfer, innovation and commercialisation. Since its inception, Prequel Consulting has grown to serve 19 small businesses, startups and University Technology Transfer Offices. The focus has been gaining experience in several key commercialisation activities and submitting funding applications. My favourite activity to date is to facilitate business canvas workshops, identifying the key elements for small business to be successful and designing appropriate business models is very rewarding. I successfully curated and carried out due diligence for the IP portfolios of two high-profile research group and have written, submitted multiple technology development funding applications. Have written extensive technical reports including a technology evaluation document and multiple freedom to operate analyses for new technologies for the purposes of funding, many of which have bee successful.
