I possess a character which exudes; integrity, humility, professionalism and efficacy. These are his core values which are evident in the results of any project he undertakes. One may further expound on the following elements of his character: SOCIETIES COUNCIL STELLENBOSCH UNIVERSITY Responsible: Am able to take ownership of his actions, he does not shy away from accountability, and he is a reliable leader who does not quit when things get tough. Resilience: I have the capacity to not only pursue goals but further ensures that they are meticulously fulfilled. Despite the many tough times that the Council has been through, he demonstrated an ability to bend rather than break. Respect for others: I view everyone as equally important and deserving of dignity and does not look down upon others and is readily prepared to go the extra mile for others. I have contributed significantly to the improvement of the Societies Council leadership sphere by being at the forefront of organising events and training that were aimed at improving leadership development. To conclude I have shown immense courage and leadership, he has shown those around him what it means to have been a true leader. His dedication to his work is praiseworthy and honourable.
