My name is Thabo Mmola, a young man who is outgoing, hardworking, dependable, eager to learn and to grow professionally in the construction/civil industry. I am versatile and organized and I believe my strong education and experience will add value to the company I serve. I have a National Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 6) and a certificate in Business Administration (NQF Level 4) and I am currently registered for an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (NQF Level 7) at Unisa. I have an extensive experience in the construction industry, Civil, Roads and General Building. I started my career as a Trainee at Tshiamiso Trading 153 CC in 2014 working closely with the Site Foreman on site and also doing administration duties for Roads and Storm water projec worth R15 million in Mokopane (Limpopo), after my Training a Joined Falaz General Trading and Construction as a Civil Technician in 2015 where i was more involved with the management of staff and dealing with Municipal Officials for a Bulk and waste water project worth R30 million. After spending a year at Falaz i then joined Clear Choice Builders as a Civil Site Technician for a Monash University project worth R80 million constructing 500 units multi story project for Watershed properties (Developer) working closely with the Site Manager. In 2020 i then joined Matlailas Construction as a Site Manager for a Waste Transfer Station Project worth R33 million, doing all the administration work and the management of site and all its staff and subcontractor. after my contract ended this year January 2021, i started doing Consulting work for Construction companies as a Quantity Surveyor, doing tender documents and pricing, Cash flow projections, Program of Works, Management Plan and Methods Statement.
