Thabo Nkalane has over 13 years of experience in Training and Facilitation, Programme Management, National Programme Coordination, Productivity Advisory Services and Research. Thabo is a director/owner of 360 Change Agents, a recently established training and development consultancy. Thabo has acquired skills and experience on conducting socio economic research enquiries, training of educators, learners and principals, training SMMEs and train the trainer, conducting needs assessments and facilitation of recruitment and awareness drives. Thabo also has experience in management of capacity building and enterprise development interventions on a national scale for SMMEs, women and youth owned businesses and cooperatives as well as community development projects. Some of his experience includes provision of back office support of Incubation Centres and ensuring alignment to performance and reporting standards.
