Working at Manganese metal company dealing with manganese has taught me to be extra cautious when it comes to safety. Throughout my past professional career, I have undertaken various important responsibilities with utmost sincerity. I am self motivated and dedicated to my work . I am a very punctual person and hard working .I was in an electrical apprenticeship program for 3 years were I was exposed to alot of maintenance duties ,Wiring and tubing, thorough housekeeping , basic electronics ,panel installation ,fault finding and motor testing. In December 2023 I started working at Manganese metal company in Nelspruit and my duties were to control calciners ,allied equipment from instrumented panelboard to heat ore and drive off impurities. Monitored recording instruments, flowmeters, panel lights and other indicators and listened for warning signals on panel to operate calciner. Turned screws and knobs on panelboard to control feed rate, temperature and conveying of ore. Communicated with supervisor to report equipment failure or malfunction and to resolve problems in process changes. Maintained record of steam, water and fuel used during shift .Examined calciners and unblocked blockages . I also got experience at Mnguni's electrical and construction were I conducted total maintenance of equipment,ensuring optimal performance and uptime using hand and power tools to fix problems and also performed fault finding and repairs on production equipment. I installed ,maintained electrical systems and equipment,adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Did trouble shooting on electrical malfunctions using testing equipment . Installed repairing and maintaining various electrical system equipment and components in accordance with electrical codes and regulations. Maintained good housekeeping practices and conducting regular inspections.Performed physically demanding tasks which included moving and lifting heavy objects . I also worked at Buhle electrical trading doing DB installation - DB Connection .Wiring plugs ,lights and switch connections . Proper housekeeping , fault finding ,Maintenance and panel wiring.Lifted, held, positioned and supported parts and materials during various stages of production, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques. Assisted in dismantling and re-assembling components following provided instructions, contributing to efficient repair and maintenance processes. Loaded and off-loaded materials onto/from transport vehicles, ensuring safe and organized movement of goods. Carried out manual movement of materials to and from storage areas, utilizing non-self-propelled equipment when necessary. Supported installations and breakdowns as directed by artisans , engineering supervisors and played a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow.
