A simple understanding of commerce opens a whole new world of possibilities. That is how I figured out I want to possess finance & accounting skills. It is different from the arts as it is more principal based rather than creativity bound yet the art behind commerce is that it is needed everywhere. Industries rely on us to ensure sustainability as well as furtherance of their organizations, so why not read interesting articles on finance like I do? or spend time watching stock market volatility. Let’s not forget my occasional binge of news reports on the introduction of new legislation that could have an impact on industries. That is basically how I spend most of my youthful time. I would also like to take my time to commit to the understanding of accounting by gathering more knowledge on the topic and hopefully create a competitive advantage for South Africa in this industry, uplift the youth by equipping African children with the necessary finance and accounting skills that will be able to give them a sustainable future. For the organization, entrusting me, guarantees competence, resilience as well as integrity which are my main principals, that I would wish to display should I be employed.
