Good Day  My name is Thibedi Mokgokong. I am sending this mail to request employment in your organization. I have six years working in short term insurance. I have 150 credits and so fully qualified to work within both personal and commercial lines. I have mainly broker experience from working for two broker companies in which I expanded my skills in customer service, policy retention, renewals, amendments and new business negotiation and acquisition.  Other skills include working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint in the execution of my daily tasks. In addition to the requisite RE 5 and NQF 4 accreditation which qualify me to work in short term insurance, I have completed a Project Management certificate with Varsity College and a BA degree in psychology from the University of Johannesburg. I received the Top Learner Award at the closure of my Internship which was awarded by INSETA.
