I have a National Diploma in Personnel Management(FET HR Qualification) and Certification in Human Resources Management. I am Certified in GRP Modules 1-6 from SARA and am a registered SARA member. I have full cycle functional expertise on SAP, Oracle, Sage VIP, CRS Payrolls as well as Reward Restructures for Expats for SA, SSA and UK and have worked with 21st Century, Hay Group, Mercer and RemChannel. I have also successfully submitted HR,Reward and Payroll audits as well as Sarbannes Oxley (SOX) International audits and have worked with RemChannel,Hay Group and Mercer submissions.
