I have started my career in HR in 1998 on the administration side of the field. With over 20 years’ experience in HR I am regarded as an expert across all HR domains. Having completed my degree in Industrial Psychology in 1999, 20+ years of experience solidified the theory. Having served numerous business areas (e.g. Business Bank, Absa Card Division, Collections, Branch network etc.) I have dealt with – and served - clients at all levels. In my last position I served on the Executive Committee of the business and have therefore demonstrable strategic capabilities and am comfortable in interacting and negotiating at a senior level. My communications skills are excellent. I know I am regarded as a trusted advisor by all those I have interacted with. Something that I feel confident all my stakeholders will attest to.
