I am a very technical IT Technician who has a terrific troubleshooting and good interpersonal skills to assist customers with computer issues. Possesses a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software applications. Providing technical support to end-users, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools. Performing troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and printers. I have expanded background knowledge in windows, android and email implementations and reconfigurations, I have knowledge in “Service Now” system that is used to open and close tickets and incidents that have been logged by the users, also have knowledge in “Portal Manager and Software centre” where requested software is pushed to for users by the system administrator. My current responsibility at CRL Computers involves inventory tracking spreadsheet that maintained all catalogued items for clients’ usage. I believe my strength is I am level-headed and calm in a stressful situation with well-developed people skills, willing to go above and beyond, do more than what is expected of me and most importantly enjoy my job.
