I have completed a three-year National Diploma in Public Relations Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, I have almost 3 and half years of experience working in an office and through that years of work experience I have gained a great deal of knowledge on working by myself and also working in teams. During my past job experiences, I played an integral part in customer support such as ensuring consultant’s current and potential customers are provided with suitable marketing information on insurance products offered by the company and doing follow up is made on customers who have shown interest in a particular product. I’ve also worked in the medical industry where I played a rule in administration and data capture also did check logging and fixing errors, entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. I am dedicated, motivated and hardworking individual who will go to great lengths to accomplish the tasks given to me. I have a thirst for knowledge and I am always eager and willing to learn new things. It is these qualities, together with my passion for my job which will ensure success in my career path. I have a lot to offer and I am flexible. My strengths give me the ability to strive for the best in all that I endeavor. In addition, my ability to work completely under pressure in association with my discipline and determination ensures that I make a success of any work situation. I excel at meeting deadlines, always exceeding expectations with customers and working with a wide variety of people. I enjoy working in an office environment and the challenge of meeting business goals, such as solving problems of customers and making sure customers are always happy.
