I am 39 years old, a committed and hardworking black young widow and a responsible mother of two boys. I am self-motivated, committed, with an excellent attention to detail and work ethic. I have 19 years of experience within the Western Cape Education Department which includes, policy analysis, planning, develop, advise and coordinate financial management projects for the Western Cape Education Department. Also my experience includes but not limited to be a team leader, leading school corporate teams during school financial assessments, auditing, monitoring and evaluation. I have experience in developing financial assessment tools, monitoring and evaluation tools. I have been exposed to a regulatory environment with thorough understanding of national and provincial prescripts and the application thereof. To this end, I have acquired knowledge and skills in overseeing the effective and efficient implementation of national government and provincial policies and prescripts.
