I am currently doing my first year in Bachelor of Information Science at the University of South Africa, I have recently completed online certificates pursuing technical skills in the field of information support. I am writing to apply for the internship offered at Sci-Bono Discovery Centre, which I saw advertised on Google. I am particularly drawn to the internship because it provides experience in three key areas in which I am interested. First, I am eager to develop my skills in information technology support, because I have always had natural problem-solving skills, and working in tech support is the perfect job for my skill set. Helping clients solve technical issues and knowing that I've positively impacted someone each day is highly rewarding and motivating to me. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Sci-Bono Discovery Centre, as an intern, I'm looking forward to finding out more about the Technical Support position. Secondly, customer service is always my top priority, and it is my goal to provide the best customer support available for each client while becoming a valuable asset at Sci-Bono Discovery Centre. I hope to build my future career in the information technology centre and any chance to sharpen my abilities or knowledge of this industry would be extremely helpful. Thirdly, I have considerable experience in fixing and troubleshooting computers that I gain through my passion for information technology support and helping my friends and family with the problems they face with their gadgets. I am interested in gaining further experience in being a support technician. I am enthusiastic about supporting the work that you do at Sci-Bono Discovery Centre and gaining the experience that this internship provides in helpdesk technology.
