I am new in freelancing and I would like to share my skills and provide excellent service to you. The services I offer are not limited to: Typing general documents, Capturing data to a spreadsheet. Typing information from PDF to MS word or excel (depend on what is required). My services are not limited to the ones mentioned above and I may provide services that are related to the skills mentioned bellow: I am good with Microsoft Excel and I can perform duties like creating a spreadsheet, data entry and formulas as required by you. I can create charts as required on Microsoft excel. I have good typing skills and I make sure my job is accurate. I have good Microsoft word skills and I can perform duties like general typing, inserting/creating table and modify it as required, Mail merge, inserting required content and editing it as required. I have basic knowledge of Microsoft access like capturing data and converting it into forms. I have a certificate in Basic Office Administration and I have N4 certificate in Business Management. I am confident with my computer skills and I know I will deliver the best service ever. I have working experience in call center customer service and sales environment. This experience is beneficial because I know how to deal with clients and how to keep them happy. I can also capture information accurately while speaking with the customer on the phone. I may be new in a Data entry freelance field however, I am confident with my skills I will provide quality work.
