In my 8 years as a Business Head, I have been fortunate to work closely with the decision-makers and have helped them succeed through some of the most stressful and sensitive business decisions using data. Doing this with the right balance of empathy and pragmatism can be tricky, but it felt great when I got it right. I had come to realize that working with people, helping them understand complex data finding, and serving as a client advocate were some of the things, I love to do the most. Getting to use these skills through a consulting role had been very rewarding, but in 2015, I decided to explore these skills further with technology. I was excited about a new chapter and was ready to focus exclusively on analytical journey as a Data Analyst. It has been almost 5 years now that I have had a successful transition into this title, delivering quality results to my clients.
