As a person, I am a conscientious, ambitious, tenacious, meticulous and passionate individual with uncompromising integrity and strong foundations in Mathematics, Sourcing, Procurement and Management Accounting.I am a qualified and well experienced miller in Flour Milling.I got my advanced City and Guilds of London Flour Milling.In addition I have a certificate in Milling Technology from Ocrim Milling School in Cremona Italy. I am a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to implement decisions and set effective priorities to achieve immediate and long-term task and goals. In addition, I am able to work for extended hours and feel motivated on completion of difficult tasks. Further, I have an enviable ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with essential job functions. Being at RCL Foods as a Procurement Manager has taught me to be able to adapt to new environments with disciplines in accuracy, detail, quality and planning. Furthermore, being a Procurement Manager taught me to be able to provide periodic independent assessments of integrity of business processes, high levels of compliance to lay down procedures and controls. Lastly, because I am target driven, I can fine- tune focus. As a result, I avoid detours and obstructions when absorbing change.
